It is our intention to function as a humane business. We are concerned with your well-being, the well-being of our coaches and staff, the managers and staff of the facilities that we are allied with, and of the people and places we are interconnected with to provide this service to you.
Our terms and decisions take into account the web of people and businesses that are affected by our activities and handling of personal information and finances.
We maintain an attitude of goodwill toward you and we ask that you offer goodwill to us, especially in the case of there being a problem or misunderstanding. We would like the first response to be an invitation to talk and reason through situations and possibly come to an amicable solution. We want to do business with kindness, in a manner that earns your trust, and we want to trust you to not take advantage of that kindness.
In private and group session, once the coach and student are present and the lesson begins we consider services ‘rendered in full’ for that session.
We have set aside the time, prepared and have started to provide a service of imparting information, encouragement and skillful guidance in the learning process. Once you are in attendance in a session with a coach we consider this as services rendered and your payment has been received in compensation for this. There are no refunds for a session once you have started to receive the the time and the attention of the coach.
